750W磨床除尘器​

  此型号磨床吸尘器使用750W透浦式吸尘风机，通过管道将吸尘器与磨床磨削工作台相连，磨床工作中产生的废料粉尘被吸尘器吸入吸尘器内部，经过过滤隔离，废料被收集到集尘抽屉内，过滤后的空气被排放到空气中。

使用注意事项

1、因磨床吸尘器使用380V电源，使用前须检查电源是否合乎规定，是否正确接线；  

2、使用磨床吸尘器前，须检查进出风口有无堵塞现象，确保风口、风管无异物；

3、为防止磨床吸尘器漏电，须检查是否接好地线，确保操作人员安全；

4、启动磨床吸尘器前，须检查各部位螺丝、管束、有无松动迹象，确保检视门或集尘抽屉处于关闭状态；

5、启动磨床吸尘器后，检查风机运转方向与进风口指示方向是否一致，若出现逆风或吸力较弱的现象，可将风机接线盒内三条电源线任意两条交换位置；

6、为保证磨床吸尘器的吸尘效果，须定期清理集尘抽屉或集尘桶内灰尘；若出现吸力下降的情况，可将吸尘器滤袋、滤网等过滤装置取出，用清水清洗干净；
