750W脉冲滤筒除尘器

本实用新型涉及环保技术和高温除尘过滤领域，具体为一种可节省制造成本，结构更加紧凑，需要的工作空间更小，同时具有更低的污染物排放的新型脉冲清灰式滤筒除尘器，包括除尘器本体(1)多个，所述除尘器本体(1)多个依次连通，所述除尘器本体(1)上设有进风口(2)和出风口(3)，所述除尘器本体(1)顶部设有脉冲阀(4)、气包(5)、脉冲喷吹管(6)和喷嘴(7)，所述脉冲阀(4)、气包(5)、脉冲喷吹管(6)和喷嘴(7)依次连通，所述除尘器本体(1)中部设有中箱(8)，所述除尘器本体(1)底部设有灰斗(9)，所述中箱(8)中部设有风道分隔板(11)，还包括滤筒(10)多个，多个滤筒(10)分别位于风道分隔板(11)两侧。

利用脉冲滤筒除尘器对粒径分布为0.5～5 μm的超细粉体进行净化试验。测试了除尘器净化效率、除尘器阻力及过滤风速等主要性能参数。试验结果说明：脉冲滤筒除尘器对于粒径为0.5～5 μm的超细粉体，在过滤风速为0.8～1.25 m/min时，除尘器阻力小于300 Pa；过滤风速为2.8 m/min时，阻力小于1 200 Pa，净化效率达99.999 7％。该脉冲滤筒除尘器具有除尘效率高，阻力损失低，节约除尘系统的动力消耗的优点，有利于在超细粉体净化工艺中的应用。
