BSXY系列一体化污水处理设备
本产品是引进国际际高新技术，技术成熟、运运行稳定、高效节能，被环保专家誉为“微型污水处理厂＂。生活污水生物降解处理原理基本为A／O法。属生物处理，利用生物菌分解有机物、粪便生活污水滋养生物薗的再生来回循环，达到一次性投资长期有效的目的，本产品对人体无毒副作用。工艺流程：厌氧分离池→生物氧化池→氧化通气池→排放，处理后的水质达到标准。该生物污水处理设备还可对二级水做进步的处理使其转化为中水，一级水。COD、BOD、SS指标比传统式处理分别提高5.3倍、3.7倍和9倍，并且采用工厂化生产，沉井式封闭施工工艺、安装方便布局灵活、占地面积小、清掏周期长、物业管理好、治污效果好,根治地下水源和河道污染，防止水源污染。投资小，见效快，长期受益。解除城市地下管网污积，环保质量得到改善，缓解污水处理厂处理量，能节约污水处理厂建厂费和污水处理费数亿元。

一体化污水处理设备特点及工艺流程
1．埋设于地表以下，设备上面的地表可作为绿化或其他用地，不需要采暖、保温。
2．二级生物接触氧化处理工艺均采用推流式生物接触氧化，其处理效果优于完全混合式或二级串联完全混合式生物接触氧化池。并比活性污泥池体积小，对水质的适应性强，耐冲击负荷性能好，出水水质稳定，不会产生污泥膨胀。池中采用新型弹性立体填料，比表面积大，微生物易挂膜，脱膜，在同样有机物负荷条件下，对有机物去除率高，能提高空气中的氧在水中溶解度。
3、生化池采用生物接触氧化法，其填料的体积负荷比较低，微生物处于自身氧化阶断，产泥量少，仅需三个月（90天）以上排一次泥（用粪车抽吸或脱水成泥饼外运）。
